Volunteer

We welcome community volunteers!  In partnership with Kalamazoo County Parks and Friends of KRV Trail, we have the following volunteer opportunities:

• Kalamazoo River Valley Trail cleanup – contact our office at (269) 342-1740
• Kalamazoo County Youth Fair & Family Festival (August 6-10, 2024) – contact the County Parks Office directly at (269) 383-8778
• Check back for other volunteer opportunities.

Donate

We exist to support our beautiful Kalamazoo County Parks.  The Kalamazoo River Valley Trail and Woollam Nature Preserve would not be possible without the generous support of our community.  Please consider a gift to help complete the KRV Trail construction or develop our newest park, the Woollam Nature Preserve.

Become a Friend of the KRVT

By becoming a Friend of the Kalamazoo Valley River Trail, you are supporting trail operations, trail maintenance, and trail programming. Click here to become a Friend of the KRVT.

Become a Board Member

Do you have a passion for parks, trails, conservation or recreation? We have openings for volunteer service on our Parks Foundation of Kalamazoo County Board of Directors. Board service only requires a few hours of your time per month. Contact us at office@parksfoundationkalamazoo.com to learn more.
